The course is designed to really put your guests through their paces, they’re likely to get muddy and very sweaty but they’re guaranteed to finish with big smiles on their faces. The party will start with a safety talk followed by a demonstration, each participant will be taught how to aim and shoot safely. Our instructors will organise teams and individual games, make sure everyone gets involved and ensure they all enjoy the competition. Our range is perfect for beginners and the distance and size of the bows will be set to suit the group ability. Session includes – safety briefing, tools, safety equipment and instruction on how to find fossils, all provided by our friendly staff. Once the basics are covered we will move onto some conventional game modes like; Team Deathmatch, Capture the Unicorn, King of the hill and Battlezone Battle Royale!

As well as the online survey, we conducted in-person surveys with people who use Kent Road. These surveys took place at different times on different days in order to organically capture road usage. Dogs are allowed on the trails, but must be on a 6-foot leash at all times. Paved walkways from the parking lot provide access to most the Farm Center facilities, except for the Living History kent road bike Village and Sugar Bush areas. After selecting a slip, you will not have an opportunity to return the slip for another. Kensington Metropark has a limited number of slips available on Kent Lake. Interested boaters must enter the online Boat Slip Lottery. Boats must be removed on or before this date so that the water level can be lowered to the winter level. Metropark vehicle and boat passes are required all year. A rustic trail loop is located near the Spring Hill picnic area.

These surveys will help us gauge the success of the trial, and inform our recommendations for the Kent Road bike lanes. These recommendations will be put to Councillors at a Council meeting later this year, where they will make a decision on the future of the project. Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback during this trial. Our final survey closed on Sunday 7 May 2023 and Council Officers will make their recommendation to Council on 13 September 2023.
