I’ve also had issues in the past with wheel wobbles on descents, especially with deeper dish wheels. However, since getting my Lún 60 mm disc set in January, I had never had a problem with crosswinds in Florida, even where it’s super windy off the beach. Additionally, after riding them in the mountains, I noted that I didn’t get any wheel wobbles descending. Since I had no issues in wind or descending, I decided to go with the Winspace Lun wheels, which were light enough for climbing, and stellar for riding solo.
It’s a little nicer ride than the Cruiser Step Thru. I also have 2 ariel rider keplers which I also enjoy and have to say that I find myself riding the Himiways a little more. Thanks for making such a great value bike for the money.
With cheese rims, s made from asphalt, 40lb rig, bouncy springs. I felt so bad because with his efforts and determination he deserved a rugged hardtail with decent tires and a fork that gets it done. I’d even donate my old rig to get him goin. But i’m not gonna preach, unless I’m asked for help. Every bike brand and Pinkbike push the consumerism agenda too though. You read this site and the press releases the companies put out and you start believing you’ve got to have that 10mm linger reach and 1 degree steeper seat tube every year.

They basically hyper bikeed the entire town of Bentonville… I’ve yet to see a shop support a NICA team with anything more than a few water bottles, expired granola bars, and 15% off parts that are 25% overpriced. I am not to go to shop at discount stores but socially…they are the worst. My Viathon m1 XX1 is one of the best bikes I have ever owned, and I have owned more bikes than I care to admit. So basically the end user will only have to attach the handlebars and install the wheels. It took only about 1⁄2 hour to assemble and included the seat, 2 pedals, front handlebar, 2 reflectors, and front wheel installation.
