We like the bicycle because it is perfect for a 5′ tall person, easy to assemble. The only thing that I did not understand and I do not agree is because it has so many scratches if it is supposedly new. I just finished putting it together, I still don’t use it, I hope the battery is good and functional on the road. I think the company should better wrap and protect the product. It is sad a bicycle that is so expensive and already damaged.
