Ozark Trail Camping Table White And .. Fake Review

Okay, I promise you, we are not secretly sponsored by Walmart (Update Aug. 2022 – We did just join the Walmart affiliate program, but we liked this gear even before that!). We’re just two guys that like to talk about gear we buy… or our wives buy. Because let’s be honest, the ladies in our lives pull some serious weight.

To test out the Ozark Trail Thermos line, I used the baseline temperature of 185 degrees Fahrenheit for all of the products I tested. My goal was to see how long I could keep a cup of coffee warm and if there would be variation in temperatures over time across the tumblers. I also used two of the 22oz Tumblers, one with the standard open mouth lid and one with a closed, spill proof lid. This design consists of, you guessed it, two stainless steel walls as well as a vacuum sealed chamber that sits in between the two walls. With a traditional single wall thermos, convection occurs transferring the internal heat out or vice versa, impacting the liquids temperature over time and at a greater pace.

Putting them side by side, the Yeti and Ozark Trails tumblers look exactly alike. They’re the same size and shape, are made of stainless steel, and have similar sip tops. The only real physical differences are that Yeti has a slider on the lid and they have different logos adorning the cups (obviously). For the temperature tests, I filled each tumbler with the same amount of hot water from our office coolers and recorded the temperatures over a 24-hour period using these super cute little data temperature loggers. Walmart.com just dropped the price on this Lifetime Folding Table (5-Feet) to $44.98 (Reg $49.99), which is a great deal!

With the locking lid, there appears to be more heat transference than the open mouth lid. Even with the locking lid absorbing more heat, it does provide a few degrees more heat retention over time. I began with my initial 185 Degrees Fahrenheit temperature and tested each Tumbler 2 hours after placing the water inside, 4 hours after placing the water inside and 12 hours after placing the water inside. I tested the temperature using a Weber meat thermometer which was $15 off the shelf. I used plain water which I boiled to temperature and placed inside each of the Tumblers and immediately closed with the provided lids. If you love espresso or plan to use the Tumbler for a cold beverage, the 10oz Ozark Trail Tumbler is going to be ozark trail chair a great option for you.

All in all, both mugs do an incredible job at insulating both hot and cold drinks for hours on end. Additionally, when holding each tumbler, I couldn’t feel any heat or chill through the material, which makes either ideal for drinking exceptionally hot or cold drinks. You might have to wait closer to an hour for your hot drink to actually be drinkable (around 135°F). The water in the Yeti tumbler did cool down slightly slower than the Ozark Trail one, but not enough to cause a significant difference in experience between the two.
