In terms of the 20 mile claim, we were able to easily accomplish this in city streets with minimal inclines. For an off road test I took the Hyper MTB Ebike to a local park wth 14 miles of easy – difficult trails. With the bike on the Medium setting, I was able to make it all the way through with the trail system with a little bit left in the tank. Overall I would have to say I am not only happy with the performance but also happy to see the product description live up to it’s real world use.
Vital didn’t seem to like it, but I swear mine (granted, unlocked, no top speed hyper bicycles cap either) is within a breath of being as powerful as a Shimano. I don’t know how accurate the display is, but in B mode I can get it to output a reported 580 watts until the battery hits 20%. None the less, the integrated display is a cool concept, but this design is a bit bulky. My bf got mad at me for buying it, cuz he wanted to get him something else.
There are bikes I didn’t like, but I haven’t seen any that couldn’t be salvaged if given enough resources. The Pacific Evolution is a bike that was so far below my limited expectations that hyper bicycles I still don’t think it’s worthy of any effort. Finally, do a little research and make sure you buy the best type of bike for your needs.
