Even though the tumblers had slightly different initial temperatures, it took both cups approximately 45 minutes to raise 1°F. You might have to wait closer to an hour for your hot drink to actually ozark trail chair be drinkable (around 135°F). The water in the Yeti tumbler did cool down slightly slower than the Ozark Trail one, but not enough to cause a significant difference in experience between the two.

When I wake up the next morning, the majority of the ice is still there! Even when I use my cup outside or leave it in a hot car and the ice eventually melts, the water stays ice cold for hours and hours. One of the things I like about the Yeti cups or cups like them, is the fact that it keeps your water really cold. I’ve tried many different ways to insure I get my water in, but I never seem to do it…mainly because every other cup I’ve ever tried never seemed to keep my water ice cold.

To test out the Ozark Trail Thermos line, I used the baseline temperature of 185 degrees Fahrenheit for all of the products I tested. My goal was to see how long I could keep a cup of coffee warm and if there would be variation in temperatures over time across the tumblers. I also used two of the 22oz Tumblers, one with the standard open mouth lid and one with a closed, spill proof lid. It features a double wall vacuum seal design and is built from high-grade 18/8 stainless steel. When purchasing from Walmart’s website, you have the option of selecting one of 4 colors; black, mint, silver, or tan.

The Yeti coffee mug has an easy-to-use handle much like a coffee cup does. These come in various sizes, including 10 oz, 14 oz, and 24 oz. As such, you’d rather not use both the tumblers as replacement for your stainless steel insulated water bottle. This 32 oz Ozark Trail Tumbler is in my opinion the most versatile of the bunch. One of the main reasons that you are filling a thermos is to enjoy your beverage at the desired temperature over extended periods of time.

There is also over a century of scientific research that has been conducted specifically focused on how temperature can impact your taste buds. Yeti has a generous 5 year warranty, which is longer than I usually use any tumbler or water bottle anyway. The only complaint I might have is that in the 30 ounce size, both are a bit difficult to grip if you have small hands. I love being able to use the dishwasher to be sure it’s clean and for the convenience. They aren’t porous like plastic tumblers so they won’t stain or retain odors. Ozark Trail and Yeti both offer two packs in 20 oz and 30 oz sizes.
