Wish I had read these reviews instead of the ‘best buys’. Complained and have heard nothing from the company for almost a month. Ended up gladwrapping at the airport to protect our stuff falling out of these new 3 suitcases. We ended up paying to Samsonite for repairing these under warranty and Samsonite won’t reimburse you for expensed occured to protect your stuff and won’t guranttee for any future damage. Called company and was told they do not have replacement part.

We were impressed with its hardside 20-inch spinner carry-on (pictured here) when we tested it on our Lab. Our analysts found it to be exceptionally easy to pack, though the ABS material wasn’t as scratch-resistant as other models in our tests.
