Otherwise, you should clean it at least twice a year, or four times if you use it frequently. You should also clean the inside of the lid to remove any carbonized grease deposits, using a stainless steel bristle barbecue brush. It heats up quickly and gets to a temperature of 500 degrees, which makes it ideal for steaks and burgers. However, it only has one temperature control, and you may have difficulty cooking at very low temperatures. If you need precise temperature control, this may not be the grill for you. But for your average barbecue cook, it is perfectly adequate.

It’s a sturdily built unit that comes together in a snap and is completely user-friendly. If you’ve never grilled a single day in your life, I still don’t think you have any problems assembling and operating the Traveler. In my testing, the grill heated quickly (hit 500 degrees F in minutes) and stayed hot.
