Then the screening doesn’t fit right over the frame. I am sorry that I ever purchased it. Hopefully I can find a replacement part. I contacted Wal-Mart (1-800-WALMART) to see where I could get a replacement pole for the tent. They are idiots and seemed like they didn’t want to help me by supplying me with the manufacturer’s phone number. Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue.
We will not replace the 3-way hubs again. The campground received a moderate rain on the second night and the roof collected water in several places, causing the screen house to collapse. This was not a heavy rain by any means as no other shelters or tents collapsed. The ozark trail chairs weight of the water actually bent several poles on the roof and one leg. This probably could have been prevented by adding more yellow support poles to the roof. It seems like I am the second person to review this product, and the second one to give it a 1 Star rating.
Yes, I know it will, so what gives? A Pavlovian reaction to super-size doses of advertising? Greed, optimism, stinginess, and materialistic guilt thrashing together in a dance of futility that leads straight to the checkout counter? To make matters worse, sometimes I’m so ashamed of the purchase that I can’t even bring myself to return it.
If you have the manual and can scan it and e-mail me I would really appreciated it. I loved sitting outside and eat dinner in the screen house and mess it. Now and then I walk into a store, it tends to be named ___Mart, and buy something I know is going to bring nothing but grief and heartbreak.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have large screen house and I love it. It gets used very hard every summer.
What about the rain, or the potential for 120-degree heat? For the moment, my dream of an extra room in the back ozark trail chairs yard has come true. Wish me luck putting it up at the wedding. I purchased this Screen House two years ago.
