Yes, I know it will, so what gives? A Pavlovian reaction to super-size doses of advertising? Greed, optimism, stinginess, and materialistic guilt thrashing together in a dance of futility that leads straight to the checkout counter? To make matters worse, sometimes I’m so ashamed of the purchase that I can’t even bring myself to return it. You either need six people or twelve arms to hold the thing together when assembling.
An absolute waste of money and time, and cost plenty of aggravation. Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. Browse Ozark Trail’s top-rated hiking and camping gear and more. Find something simple to set up, reliable, durable and with product support. Great product, however, like everyone else, unable to locate replacement parts.
Great for our buffet line for family camping. Sadly it blew over over in a storm last night breaking two corner pieces and the middle X broke. We are looking for these pieces if anyone wants to sell. It is of poor design, in that this could be avoided using 2 more yellow, curved roof poles which would not allow the rain to puddle on the roof. My husband and I were in the screen room, keeping the rain from puddling for more than a half hour. We will not replace the 3-way hubs again.
This probably could have been prevented by adding more yellow support poles to the roof. The screen tent came with missing and broken parts. Their solution was for me to pay for replacements out of pocket.
Shade can be a matter of survival there if you’re outside at midday. Then I started having other wild fantasies, like effectively adding a room to the desert shack where I live by erecting the shadehouse in the backyard. This product from the list of stuff that I wish I never had bought it would in ozark trail chairs the top two. Setting up the screenhouse you need an army of people to hold the frame in place to put the screen over. Then the hooks don’t even reach the holes at the bottom of the poles. Then if you can manage to get that far, you have to run like crazy to get it tied down before if falls over.
This still has a lot of life left in it and I would love to be able to fix it.
We love the size of the tent and we used it for a week with no problems. The second time we set it up one of the poles snapped and now I can’t find where I can get replacement poles. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have large screen house and I love it. It gets used very hard every summer. It’s starting to wear out and I’m looking to replace but can’t find one anywhere.
The way the poles clip into hubs is a little hard to get apart. It seems like I am the second person to review this product, and the second one to give it a 1 Star rating. Goes together well, but as soon as we got a little shower….
