Setting up the screenhouse you need an army of people to hold the frame in place to put the screen over. Then the hooks don’t even reach the holes ozark trail screen house at the bottom of the poles. Then if you can manage to get that far, you have to run like crazy to get it tied down before if falls over.

It gives great shade and it keeps flies out. We used it to put it over a little swimming pool for our children and it works great. I called to get a replacement and the customer service person I talked to was awesome!

For instance, once the screen tent is up, it will give you some much-needed shade on a hot day. The enclosed nature will keep the bugs away so you can eat a meal, lounge, or even work remotely ozark trail canopy in peace. And the screens allow for a pleasant breeze to roll through. A good screen tent, also known as a screen room, can be set up in under a minute by only one or two people.

But note that this inner space is 14 x 9 ft (427 x 274 cm), which implies 7 people sleeping side by side, plus two people in the feet zone or the others. This doesn’t look so great, so I would downgrade it to 6-7 people or so. Sizewise, the total floor area is huge 189 ft² (17.55 m²), but a big part of it is in the screened room.

This is one of those products where the instructions are basically a complete fantasy. They make one false unstated assumption after another. What you wind up with is a web of pipes and plastic pieces that falls apart at one end as you assemble the other.

The inner space is organized that you have two rooms if you wish, separated by the removable divider shown in the picture above. In such a configuration, each of the two rooms has 3 windows, its own entrance door from the screen room, and its own gear storage pockets set on the wall. When the divider is removed you can see the space shown above. If you are not familiar with this terminology, please see more about such tents here. About instant-cabin tents in general, you can see more in my another text.

In about 15 minutes, you should be basking in the shade. One mad idea often begets another, and that is how this $34.95 purchase came about. As I’ve mentioned elsewhere in the blog, I’m getting married in Joshua Tree on August 2nd, outdoors.

I thought of resorting to duct tape, but since I had none handy, with great finesse I managed to lift each corner one pipe segment at a time. Some middle sections fell out but I had a standing frame of sorts, swaying and wobbling. Its center height is even 7 feet high in case you have any tall people in your group.

All the windows are with panels and mesh, for privacy and protection. The carry bag is nicely designed and you can see it below. They do not provide any information about the fabric and its waterproofness rating.
