It was not designed to meet hospital standards and should not be used in that way. For returns and cancellations, refunds will be processed through Affirm and posted to your Affirm account. Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days. Keep in mind the interest charge will not be refunded.

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise excluding clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after delivery or pickup. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund.
The day of your delivery, you’ll get a call confirming your delivery window.
