Bought two Cruiser Step bikes for me and my wife or any kid that happens to be home. Got them up and running in a few hours and gave them an initial cruise in our hilly neighborhood. Longest ride so far was 5 miles with a 1,100 foot altitude gain in 1.5 miles as part of the ride. The bikes are settling in nicely and we look forward to more adventures as the weather warms. There was one small part broken in shipping – one of the boxes clearly took some abuse – but the customer service was prompt – I had a response within 24 hours and the replacement part came free within the week.
