The complainant advised sometime between June 4th and June 7than unknown suspect stole a winning lottery ticket from his wallet worth $2,500. On June 15, 2019 Deputy Wilder responded to Kings Creek Drive, St. Leonard for the report of damaged property. The complainant advised he noticed a bullet hole in the side of his house. On July 14, 2019 Deputy Lewis responded to the Citgo Gas Station in Port Republic for the report of a physical altercation in a vehicle.
Upon making contact with the driver, Terrell James Russell , huffy nighthawk Lewis noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. Deputy Lewis attempted to conduct Standardized Field Sobriety Tests on Russell, however, Russell refused to follow instructions and was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. A search of his person revealed two MD driver’s licenses which were confiscated. A search of the vehicle revealed a large blade, similar to a machete. On July 9, 2019 Cpl. Robshaw responded to Sidewinder Lane, Lusby for the report of a theft. The complainant advised sometime between June 1st and July 4th an unknown suspect stole the HVAC unit and pipes from the vacant residence.

On June 3, 2019 Deputy Freeland responded to Sitting Bull Trail, Lusby for the report of a theft. The complainant advised sometime between June 1st and June 3rd an unknown suspect stole a lawn statue of Saint Francis of Assisi from his yard. He also advised a bicycle was stolen from his yard several weeks ago. The lawn statue is worth approximately $35 and the bike is worth approximately $20.
At this huffy trail runner alcohol, speed and improper use of the ATV appear to be major factors that contributed to this collision. Additionally, it was determined that Bahneman was under the influence of alcohol at the time he was operating the ATV. Bahneman was placed under arrest and charged with Driving Under the Influence and other drunk driving related offenses.
