Berry Haute is my absolute favorite Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick shade. From my experience, out of all the Super Lustrous lipsticks that I have , this paticular shade goes on a lot smoothly than the others. The good thing about this shade is that if you apply it lightly with one swipe, it provides a good wash of color that looks completely natural… But if you build it up, it’s true purplish-pink shade will come through. The heavier the hand, the purpler the shade.
I had to swipe at least four times to get an even application. I’m hoping it’s just those colors and I’m willing to give other colors the benefit of the doubt. I put “yes” to repurchasing but I’m not sure I will. This revlon matte lipstick is a muted burgundy on my lips and I love it! It reminds me of a less intense version of Revlon Blackberry, which I wore as a teen in the 90s. Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
