It is and remains somewhat sticky but that’s not a problem for me. The key is to it in thin layers which can be built up. Revlon makes it hard because the wand dispenses a thick, gloppy layer. I try to scrape off as much as I can before applying and/or blotting with a tissue after application, That helps a lot.
