Took me an hour to ride home and the bike was incredible – it is fast and light to ride. Be careful with the measurements – I am 5”5 and bought a medium but I think a large would also do. With its double braking and easy gear changing, this bike is designed for women’s morphology, allowing you to safely get on the road. I’ve Decathlon MTB before but this road bike is complete diff lads, its so easy to ride and you can go up to 15 to 20 km easily for your weekend ride explore near by place and you can go further, go for it great small investment.
It rolls on Fulcrum Racing 6 wheels shod with Michelin’s highly-regarded Lithion training tyres, and overall looks like an excellent deal. With aligned expectations, the value of this bike is outstanding. I come from a perspective that this is a secondary bike that I purely intended to use for indoor training.
They were really tricky to get in but eventually with two people we managed it. I used the bike nicely for about 4 months doing one short run in and out of town everyday. Then the pedal started to feel strange and eventually fell off – thankfully when I was on a quiet street. I tried to reattach it but it became clear that all the threads had been stripped inside the pedal socket. I tried to get in touch with Decathlon about it and was sure it was a manufacturing issue as it happened out of nowhere. I had also seen a number of bad reviews on here about the pedals – other people’s arriving without spanners or being bad quality.

I had to purchase this model because of the adjustable grips on the breaks due to my small hands! The breaks on the cheaper model only come in one size for larger hands.
