It is very comforting to know where the mushers are on the trails through the timber harvests of Northern Maine. This year we had a dog team who quit thirty miles from the Finish Line. Search & Rescue knew where the musher was and were able to get her and the dog team out to the nearest road crossing much sooner by the use of the Spot Trackers.
